Hello, my name is Kirsty Brown.
I have been working at Springhallow since Sept 2026.
I have worked in various special educational needs schools in Ealing borough for various years.
I enjoy watching the students grow and flourish as they develop though various environments and new experiences.
I currently work with the students across both the main school and at Post 16.
Some of my responsibilities include:
• Arrange work experience week at P16.
• Arrange one off and long term work experience, this could be in-house or external placements for the students across both sites.
• I arrange mentorship day at Post 16.
• I help the main school arrange careers days, offering meaningful encounters with employers.
• I can support parents arrange visits to further education colleges and Supported Internships.
• I support parents with gathering information by arranging coffee mornings with speakers from local Supported Internships who deliver useful informative presentations to both the students and parents.
• I arrange for different organisations to provide us with workshops and trips such as Theatre groups, NCS and many more.
